Margaret Squire 1935 Homecoming Queen of Steamboat Springs High School, 1935. She said " The highlight of my high school years was being chosen homecoming queen. The Marj Marr Shop gave me a formal gown of black net appliqued with large red roses around the bottom of the shirt and on the bolero. I had a crown of red roses and a bouquet of red roses. It was a very big day for me."
