Steamboat Springs and Brooklyn 1909-1918 Black and white panoramic photo of Steamboat Springs taken from across the Yampa River. Photo from album belonging to Harris Frazier, son of Floyd Frazier. Page in album is labeled "Steamboat Springs, Colo." and has typed description: "Both of these views were taken from almost the same spot. You are looking northwest from the Sulphur Cave across the river to the town. At the right may be seen a few little buildings which were not of the town proper, but rather constituted Brooklyn where saloons and related enterprises flourished. They were not allowed in town, but readily accessible immediately across the river."
Floyd Frazier was the Secretary Treasurer of the Steamboat Springs Town and Quarry Company in 1909, owned a large ranch in Pleasant Valley, and helped build the bath house, the Frazier Building, and the Cabin Hotel. Harris Frazier Steamboat Springs Panorama B & W Photo
