El Rito Heights 1909-1918 Black and white panorama photo taken from El Rito Heights. Photo from album belonging to Harris Frazier, son of Floyd Frazier. Photo in album is labeled "El Rito" and has typed description which says "El Rito Heights was a bench up on the hills just east of Steamboat. Nothing ever was done about it, but the idea was to make that into a residential area. It commanded a lovely view west to the Sleeping Giant Mountain."
Floyd Frazier was the Secretary Treasurer of the Steamboat Springs Town and Quarry Company in 1909, owned a large ranch in Pleasant Valley, and helped build the bath house, the Frazier Building, and the Cabin Hotel. Harris Frazier Steamboat Springs Panorama B & W Photo
