Pine Grove Ranch c.1940s Guy Nefzger's Pine Grove Ranch. Guy's son, Leroy Nefzger, took over the ranch in c.1944-45. The barn has since become a restaurant (The Ore House at Pine Grove). On back is written "Guy Nefzger" as well as an order form to have photo in Western Livestock Journal for an advertisement.
