Title: Mislabeled as Winter Carnival, Likely July 4th
Date: c. 1950
Description: A parade float for the Fun Club. This negative was originally stored in an envelope labeled "Shots of crowds at Howelsen Hill and on Street Carnival, 1948", but this is likely a shot from a Fourth of July parade. Description of image: four women sit on a parade float and look at the camera. The float has light-colored tissue paper "fluff" covering it, except for the words "Fun lub", presumably Fun Club. Float is pulled by an old pickup truck. Another pickup truck in front has a 4H poster attached to the back. Note: this image was adjusted to minimize visible damage from original negative.
