Description: "SW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 36: T10N, R83W. Gilpin Lake on Routt National Forest. Taken by James R. Webb, August 1979. The after photo [9325] indicates how much the trees have grown since photo #1 [9324] was taken on both sides of the lake. The two larger trees in photo #1 are now dead. The stump in photo #2 [9325] is the right large tree in photo #1. Look close at the small dead twigs on left light-colored tree in photo #1. These small twigs are found on the light-colored tree in the front center of the thick group of trees in photo #2." Compare to photo 9324.
